The department of Audiology and Speech language pathology is working under the department of ENT. Audiology and speech language pathology is a branch of health science that works for the evaluation and treatment of hearing, speech, language and various communication disorders.This department is equipped with modern audiometer, tympanogram and facilities for OAE and BERA. The department does speech evaluation and therapy for all needy patients.Also deals with identification , diagnosis and treatment of hearing, balance and auditory disorders of all ages. The department facilitate newborn hearing screening programme for the early identification of hearing loss.

Department of speech language pathology carries out assessment identification and appropriate treatment of various communication disorders such as

-         Voice disorders.

-         Language disorders.

-         Articulation disorders

-         Fluency disorders (stuttering /stammering) and motor speech disorders etc seen in children and adults
