Q. Who can be a member in this co-operatives and what is to be done?
Ans: Any person residing within the Revenue District of Kannur and attained the age of 18 years and otherwise qualified as per Kerala Co-operative Societies Act and Rules are eligible to get membership.

Q. What are the privileges of a member in getting service from the hospital?
Ans: A special counter is provided for taking care of the members requirements. Every member is provided with a Green Card which will help them to get preference in seeing the Doctor in the OP. Since they are insured against personal accidents and medical treatment, their hospital bill is prepared accordingly. Members are also eligible to get a maximum of 20% dividend on their paid up Share capital as and when the hospital is declared profit. Since the members constitute the General Body of the Society, they have got the right to elect and to be elected as Office bearers of the Managing Committee.

Q. Who is to be contacted for hospital information?
Ans: The Public Co-ordinator functioning in the ground floor will provide you necessary information regarding the service and working of the hospital.

Q. For Ambulance Service and Home care service, where is to be contacted?
Ans: This service can be had from the Reception Counter or you can dial to 2328150.
